Wanted to upload these for the hell of it. I never did silhouettes before I started this course, but I've found they're an amazing help when designing an effective something or another. Anyone wanting to get into games design, I recommend you try it out, as it works wonders if you stick with it. Thought these might be interesting to look at for anyone who is interested. Otherwise, I shall be getting back to sketches I'd rather not be doing at the moment. Cya!
You're welcome Hannah! You're progressing a lot lately I was talking to Jess about maybe us 3 (or more) should start up some type of sketch group on skype or something sometime
Thank you heyyy, sounds like a good idea to me I'm not sure how much free time I'll have to do it, but whenever we're all on skype I'll totally give it a go. ^_^
I tend to try and go for the most difficult things when I have a choice. I'm trying to get better at mechanics and vehicles, although I'm not amazing at environments either, so a chance to practice any of those is great. I've got a class in the morning tomorrow which is always good for these sort of things, so I can't wait. It's cool you're trying to improve on your weaknesses, it's what makes you a better artist in the long run.
Why is it always good for those things? The early class i mean? Oh is the class on environments and depicting them or mech and vehicles? That is cool then. It really does make a better anything when you revisit your weaknesses
You definitely have a natural strength with thumbnails, which is a great skill to have
